The hotel is in a great location, situated very close to a lake and surrounded by beautiful scenery. the rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is diverse and of good quality. Some rooms offer stunning views of nearby mountains.
Some guests have reported poor customer service and issues with the hotel's dinner options.

The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The food, especially the Japanese fare, was excellent. a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel by the lake. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the serene waters. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. From the warm welcome drink upon arrival to the impeccable housekeeping service, we felt truly pampered. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, and a spacious terrace where we could relax and enjoy the picturesque views. We were also impressed by the free toiletries provided, as well as the convenience of having an electric kettle and an AM/FM alarm clock. The flat-screen TV was a nice bonus for some evening entertainment. The dining restaurant exceeded our expectations, offering delectable Japanese fare that was absolutely delicious. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of the staff's excellent hospitality. Additionally, the leisure garden area and the availability of Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception added to a hassle-free experience.
